Onesto opened in April of 2008 with the goal of making the world a better place one meal at a time. We believe in supporting local farmers by buying organic & seasonal fruits and vegetables. We prepare local, antibiotic-free and hormone-free meats “in-house”, and only use seafood that is not in threat of becoming endangered.

Along with buying local, we strive to reduce our carbon footprint to preserve our planet’s future. We proudly reduce, reuse, recycle and compost. All “to-go” containers, catering containers, and utensils are reusable, recyclable or compostable. Even our straws are compostable!
